From our luxurious boardrooms to our spacious ballrooms, our venue offers a range of flexible spaces that can be arranged to suit any event size or configuration.

Our experienced event team will work with you every step of the way to ensure your event runs smoothly and exceeds your expectations. They will help you with everything from designing the perfect room layout to selecting the right catering menu and audiovisual equipment that best fits your requirements.

Our three unique rooms, ranging in capacities up to 400 delegates theatre style. All our meeting rooms are location on the ground floor and feature free Wi-Fi, Flipchart and pens, projection facilities and private restrooms.

The Coal Exchange Cardiff offers easy access to Cardiff City Centre and is located with easy access to the M4 and public transport making it accessible for delegates travelling to attend.

We also have 85 bed rooms for those delegates who with to stay overnight – different catering options available.

Our sales team have over 50 years experience in the event industry are on hand to ensure a successful and smooth-running event from initial enquiry to event day.
