In line with Wales moving into Alert Level 0 on 7th August 2021, almost all restrictions within the hotel have now been lifted.
We are delighted to welcome you back once more.
While it is no longer a requirement to wear a face covering within a hospitality premises, this only applies to our restaurant, bar and the Grand Hall suite if attending a private event. Face coverings must still be worn when moving through indoor public spaces such as our reception area, corridors, and lifts.
Face coverings may only be removed when seated to eat and drink.
In occurrences where guests are staying for a long period of time, a member of the team will confirm on check-in if you require the room to be cleaned between stays.
In areas within the venue where physical distancing is hard to abide by, we’re asking all guests and staff to respect the physical distancing regulations for the safety of themselves and others.
Clear signage has been placed around the venue to communicate the measures in place to all guests.
As before COVID-19 and during COVID-19 we will continue to uphold the highest standard of cleaning within all area of the hotel, this will not change.
If you or your party have any of the below symptoms please do not enter the hotel, please follow the self-isolation guidance and apply for a coronavirus test.
A high temperature: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
A new, continuous cough: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste: this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
