Spring menu launches this March!
Posted onSpring is just around the corner and the team at Culley’s Kitchen & Bar are ready to welcome you with their new Spring à la carte menu. Created using only locally scoured ingredients and produce Culley’s celebrates everything Welsh!
Culley’s new menu embodies the light aroma of spring with a Welsh creative fusion. Whether you’re catching up over small plates, spoiling your significant other or escaping reality for lunch, Culley’s has something for you.
To Start
Who said soup had to be boring? Our flavourful Curried Cauliflower Soup with a crispy cauliflower ball – is packed full of flavour and punch.
Don’t want to full up on starters but fancy a little something? Culley’s offer a range of nibbles perfect for light grazing before the main event, serving Chorizo bites with lime sour cream, feta stuffed bell peppers, cockle popcorn with smoked paprika and chili vinegar and more.
The Main Event
For those who love a classic fish dish, tuck into our delicious Culley’s Fish & Chips served with peas and tartar sauce.
If you’re looking to push your tastebuds why not try our honey, lemon & thyme chicken breast served with hispi cabbage and tarragon mash.
Dessert
Enjoy our twist on a classic dish Rhubarb & custard panna cotta with a ginger crumb or tantalize your tastebuds with a pineapple & coconut pudding served with coconut ice cream and mango salsa.
If you’re more a cheese person – our Welsh cheese plate is right up your street, featuring a selection of Welsh local cheeses, cheese biscuits, port and grape chutney and a crunchy celery stick
